Ysgol Gyfun Garth Olwg is a designated Welsh-medium secondary school which provides education for pupils aged 11-18. In September 2007, the school moved to a new building in Church Village, on the Garth Olwg campus near Pontypridd, and it is maintained by Rhondda Cynon Taf local authority.
