Ysgol Gynradd Bro Hedd Wyn is in the village of Trawsfynydd in Gwynedd. It serves the village itself and the surrounding rural area. Welsh is the school’s main language. There are 72 pupils on roll between 3 and 11 years old, including six nursery-age children. The school has three mixed-age classes. Approximately 90% of pupils come from Welsh-speaking homes.
