“Academically healthy and totally hygge!”

"> My daughter’s belief in herself academically has really been nurtured at Westonbirt. They have understood her style of learning & coaxed her into applying herself. She is now, amazingly, on course for an excellent set of GCSE's. They have found ways of inspiring her and she has had some fantastic role models, be it staff, older girls or outside guests. My daughter is a life-lover and has always had a keen sense of fun. Westonbirt embraces this, and have controlled her enthusiasm but never crushed it, consequently she has grown into a thoughtful, fun loving, responsible young woman. When she started in year 7, I did have doubts about it being the right school for her, particularly being single sex, but Westonbirt has been the making of her. They have supported her through the ups and downs of teenage life for her to become confident, open minded & capable.
“A great prep school”

"> Westonbirt is a great Prep School. Our two children have thrived at the School, which as well as being able to offer the small family feel that we were looking for, also benefits from access to the specialist facilities and teaching offered by the Senior School. Our year 6 son has loved having access to both the DT workshop and science lab.
“All rounders with 1st choice university options”

"> Westonbirt has been wonderful at both challenging and supporting our girls. Our eldest has had unconditional offers from 2 leading universities for her first choice course – something we would not have imagined when she joined in year 7! The amazing thing with Westonbirt is they are exposed to so many different opportunities in years 7-10, which we know they would not have had if they were in a large grammar or independent school. During years 10-11 she really discovered what she enjoys and is passionate about, and this is from the strong connection with teachers who really do get to understand each girl and see the potential that we as parents’ often cannot see. The investment in education for both our daughters at Westonbirt cannot really be measured in financial terms, their confidence, self-esteem and love of what they are doing cannot be bought!
“A++ for Westonbirt!”

"> Amazing school - has been a God-send for my daughter who has thrived academically, socially and with sports. Supports and stretches her in equal measure which is not something you get with every school, from my experience, and she is (thankfully) happy to get up and go every morning!
