School Description

Charterhouse Square School is an independent co-educational school for pupils aged 3 to 11 years. Located in the heart of The City of London, pupils thrive in an environment surrounded by endless opportunities. Seamlessly combining academic excellence with an equal focus on providing a safe and nurturing environment – a home away from home, where teachers and pupils embrace a first name basis, and they choose not to have a school uniform, allowing every child to be themselves.‌ Children benefit from excellent teaching, superb pastoral care, and a warm, friendly, and stimulating environment. They are encouraged and empowered to embrace challenges, to step out of their comfort zones, and strive for the highest levels of achievement while developing as confident, articulate and self-motivated individuals.‌ Year after year, pupils consistently achieve results well above the national average at every school stage. They achieve exceptional 11+ results and secure coveted places at some of London’s finest senior schools. This success is supported by a forward-thinking curriculum that is designed to operate a year ahead of age group expectations, ensuring pupils are well-prepared for any future challenges they may encounter.‌ Wrap around care is offered from 8 am until 6 pm, as well as a variety of extra-curricular clubs. ‌
