St John's College is an independent day school for girls & boys aged 3-18 which has the best record of A Level results in Wales over 15 years. It has an exceptional reputation for admissions to Oxford, Cambridge and leading Medical, Dental & Veterinary Schools. 2012 ESTYN Inspection Report noted: The quality of teaching is an exceptional feature of the school's work. As a cathedral choir school, boy & girl choristers provide music for public services at Cardiff Metropolitan Cathedral.

Amazing school, very supportive and cares for all it's pupils. St John's has exceptional standards in every aspect.

Used to be a good school. Let down sixth form in 2020. Gave 1/3 of pupils grades below UCAS offers - in a year when school grades became final A level results. Not what parents pay for.
