School Description

Since the previous inspection, the school has had a number of changes of headteacher. The current headteacher was appointed in July 2018. The school was previously inspected under section 5 of the Education Act 2005 on 6–7 June 2017. A further progress monitoring inspection under section 8 of the Education Act 2005 was carried out on 5 December 2017. The school has a specially resourced provision for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). The provision currently caters for 11 pupils who have autism. Currently, the school does not use alternative provision. The school caters for a wide range of SEND, including autism spectrum disorder and physical disabilities. The school has a Catholic character and promotes pupils’ development through Catholic vision and principles.
