School Description

The school meets requirements on the publication of specified information on its website. The school complies with Department for Education guidance on what academies should publish. The school meets the needs of primary-aged pupils in the Stockton area who have profound and multiple learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties, communication difficulties and autistic spectrum disorder. The school is located on two sites. Younger pupils attend the Rievaulx Avenue site, and older pupils and a small number of younger pupils attend the Bowes Road site. The school received academy status in November 2014 when it joined Ascent Academies’ Trust. The proportion of disadvantaged pupils who attend is in line with that in other primary schools.
