Pupils learn strategies that help them manage their emotions and their behaviour. Pupils know that staff care for their well-being as well as their achievement. They are confident that staff listen to their concerns and work with them to resolve any difficulties they may have. Pupils take responsibility for their actions. They have opportunities to reflect when things have gone wrong. Bullying is rare. When it does occur, it is dealt with quickly by staff. Pupils are well supported to be successful in school. Parents and carers are very positive about the work of the school.
