We emailed you a link during registration. Check your Spam or Promotions folder just incase it's lurking at the back of the classroom there.

I've tried to change my password but it says I cannot change it. Why?
You can only change your password AFTER you have confirmed your account via the link sent to you on registration. If you have not confirmed your account and cannot find the confirmation link, please email us at [email protected] and we'll manually confirm your account.
I am not able to view all of the paid content. Why?
Some older website browsers find loading the interactive information on School Guide a little hard work. If you cannot see any parts of the school pages, we recommend using a different browser (Chrome or Firefox, for example) or opening an incognito window. If this does not do the trick, please email us at [email protected] with details of the browser you are using and any screenshots you have of what you can see and we will investigate the issue as soon as possible.
It looks like there is data missing from a school page. Why?
We are only able to show data for schools where it is available at official sources. Also, we only give a school a School Guide Star Rating when it has enough data to rate it fairly. Please see our About School Guide page for a full list of the schools which are excluded from our star rating.
How many Parent Reviews does each school have?
Our TripAdvisor-style reviews give an important window on the schools from the perspective of current parents. You can see how many parent reviews are available for any given school under the parent review section of that school page prior to subscribing. The reviews are blurred out until you upgrade. We also show a tally of the current reviews under the school name at the top of the page.
Where do you get all your information from? Is it reliable?
We update our pages as often as daily in the case of Parent Reviews, weekly with inspection reports and monthly or annually in line with the official release dates for school data in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Click here to see the source of all our data.
Any other questions?
