This is through a very well-structured careers advice programme, which includes guest speakers, practice interviews, work experience and visits to careers fairs and colleges. Pupils learn how to advocate for themselves. For example, they are taught the skills to explain their learning difficulties to others and ask questions to clarify meaning with confidence.
