"> Although ranked in numerous lists, such as the Best Schools Guide for UK, or the Top International Schools in the UK, Marymount is not as good of a school as it seems. The teachers are alright, but sometimes do not make an effort to help if you do not understand. Certian members of boarding staff are said very rude to students, and sometimes too strict. Boarders say there is no respect for their privacy or needs. The headmistress is not personable. Students feel as if they are forced to work, and with the strictness of rules in boarding they feel restrained, and like they do not have a lot of freedom.Houseparents in boarding Every Sunday. Regardless of religion, the boarders are sent to mass early in the morning. Overall, this school seems to be mostly about first impressions. However, when IN the school, it is completely different and most people want to leave, but cannot. The boarding staff and teachers interact often to control the boarding students 'of concern', and sometimes do not treat them in the right way. I would not recommend this school to anyone, and especially not boarding. My daughter has not said very good things about this school, and I regret sending here here.
