They enjoy listening to their teachers read books to the class. Aside from reading, pupils benefit from a diverse and interesting curriculum. Pupils behave well. They have positive attitudes to learning. Low-level disruption and passivity in lessons are rare. However, disruption to learning happens more frequently in the early years setting. Bullying happens occasionally. When it does, pupils are confident that it is addressed quickly. Pupils feel safe in school. They have people to talk to if they have problems. The headteacher has a clear vision for the school. However, as result of changes at the school and turbulence in governance, the oversight of the setting is not as strong as it could be. Although the school's rate by Ofsted wasn't good, I find this unfair. My son is doing well, he loves his school and he's so proud of it. I got inspired to progress into learning and teaching through this school. They supported me with my child all the time and helped me to access university by supporting parents to go to further education. The staff are friendly – always happy to help, and give guidance all the time. Considering what is happening in schools now I.e funding cuts, this school is doing a great job. They are still running extra classes like dance, drama and sport to enrich the educational process. There are still TAs to support our children emotionally and educationally. Also, a regular parents meeting is made so we get reports on the progression of our children as well as a weekly assembly that puts all the pupils together to enhance their self esteem and social skills. The school has 82 different languages spoken. The diversity in school is so obvious and helps children to meet different cultures and accept others regardless of their backgrounds.

2015 GCSE RESULTSImportant information for parents
Due to number of reforms to GSCE reporting introduced by the government in 2014, such as the exclusion of iGCSE examination results, the official school performance data may not accurately report a school’s full results. For more information, please see About and refer to the section, ‘Why does a school show 0% on its GSCE data dial? In many affected cases, the Average Point Score will also display LOW SCORE as points for iGCSEs and resits are not included.
Schools can upload their full GCSE results by registering for a School Noticeboard. All school results data will be verified.
