The school meets the government’s current floor standard, which sets the minimum expectation for pupils’ attainment and progress in English and mathematics. The governing body manages the daily breakfast and after-school clubs. At the last inspection significant improvement was required in leadership and management, teaching and pupils’ progress in writing in particular.
