Worried or upset?

ChildLine is a free 24-hour telephone service for children and young people. You can talk to ChildLine about any issue that causes distress or concern. 

Call Childline on 0800 1111 (it's free to call) or talk to someone online.


Child Safety Online

Know The Net helps children stay safe online and gives advice on how to deal with cyberbullying and shares tips on staying as protected as possible while using the internet.


Serious problems at school

We advise anyone with serious concerns about an issue at school to contact their Local Police.

The non-emergency number for police in your local area is 101. Calls cost 15p regardless of how long the call takes.
