• Partners are eligible to join our affiliate programme by invite only. 
• Our commission rates are offered on an individual basis and are confidential.
• By placing an affiliate link on your website or branded platform, you are agreeing to accept and be bound by these Terms of Service.
• The exact structure of your commission and/or discount code is specified on your affiliate dashboard.
• We apply a 30-day cookie to affiliate links. We will pay out on any successful conversion to paid within 30-days of the first point referral i.e. if a customer returns to School Guide via your affiliate link and pays within 30 days, you are still rewarded. 
• We cannot apply commission or display a discounted monthly price if a user subsequently clears the cookie or re-visits School Guide via a different and/or private browser.
• All questions about the premium subscription to School Guide including cancellation will be handled by School Guide via our 24/7 Customer Service Centre. The contact email is [email protected]. 
• If a referred customer subsequently asks for a refund, the commission will not be paid as if refund the customer in full. The commission will be automatically removed from your affiliate dashboard – although the lead will still be registered. 
• If a referred customer is incorrectly offered a full price checkout experience, please advise them to email us directly at [email protected].
• Commission is due on the first month net price only.
• Monthly subscription discounts are offered for a term of 12 months i.e. the discount will be automatically applied to recurring subscriptions from month one to month twelve (inclusive) after which the discount expires and users will be charged the full price.
• Discount sharing to coupon-sharing websites is not allowed.
• Discounts may not be promoted on search engine ads, Facebook ads or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and cause potential confusion or conflict on billing for our customers.
• Affiliate partners shall agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless School Guide from liability and claim for decisions make based the data displayed on School Guide.
• We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our Partner Programme at any time.
   

Commission payment

School Guide commissions are recorded and paid:

• Monthly (usually on the 1st)
• Via BACS transfer. In order to receive payment, you must provide a nominated business account including business name, sort code and account number.
