The senior leadership team has been restructured. The deputy headteacher took up post in October 2013 and two assistant heads have been appointed. There are new subject leaders for English and mathematics. The Governing Body has reconstituted under a new Chair. There are two new governors. The school is supported by a Local Leader of Education, the headteacher of Glascote Academy, Tamworth.
