Brynhyfryd Primary School is in Briton Ferry in the Neath Port Talbot County Borough. The school has 114 pupils, including 15 pupils who attend the nursery on a part-time basis. There are three mixed-age classes and two single-age classes. Around 42% of pupils are eligible for free school meals, which is well above the national average of around 19%.
